I was extremely proud of coming to this answer "You realize the entire thing is an open ended question." before I read the sentence.
There is something to be said about "holding frame" with a "vision" where you "write your own life story with an unknown ending, and enjoy every single page" — and regardless of the actions (for or against) of the people in your life.
