Alright I FINALLY finished the book my good sir. Job well done. I do have small criticism but I don't wanna inundate you with a long comment (as if this isn't verbose enough lol).
In a nut shell very entertaining read especially for those with a trained Red Eye.

The best parallel I can use to articulate my thought is Jordan Peele but for a different audience.
Allow me to explain: When Get Out and Us came out, you were watching the movie twice at once. Not only were you trying to enjoy the story for what it was, but you were also trying to decipher the nuggets he wanted you to glean.
The thing I won't hold against you is that you purposely made this book for the aware™ (Yes I stole that from you 😂), which happens to be a niche audience. I think my (unconfirmed) Tism kicked in and kept getting stuck in trying to define and picture "Gophers, the Wireless, Ghosts" at time. Eventually I got it for the most part.
Maybe this is selfish of me but as you're getting better with your writing, I want you to make another story. A fiction not so niche where I'm completely immersed, not expecting to get with a truth nugget... THEN IT STRIKES LIKE THUNDER-BALLLL 😂!
Side Note: I REALLY loved how you incorporated the Ghosts. I'm thinking it's JUST his conscience but it's really our insecure neuroticism, and how it's defeated by making a choice and taking ACTION! *Chef's Kiss*
